News from Nova Scotia!

Brethren,

We have been contacted and kindly given these images of a very early member of our lodge. If you can shine any light on who this could be, or any information about the photos, please contact us so that we can share this information with our overseas brethren.

150 years, a rededication

Brethren,

On the 4th February 2017 our lodge will be 150 years old!

We would like to invite all to the re-dedication event. Tickets are £10 and include a buffet meal, gift and dancing. We have secured one of Glasgow’s best singers, DJ Scott Wallace. The event starts at 7:30 with a buffet at 9:30.

Brethren, friends and guests, all are welcome on this special evening.

The event will take place at Eastmuir. Tickets available on the night or via contact@standrew465.co.uk – we look forward to welcoming you to our lodge!

Welcome

Fraternal Greetings from Right Worshipful Master Bro James Antony Campbell (Tony)

Welcome to St Andrew 465 website.

Thank you for taking the time to visit our new website. The contents will give a glimpse into what we at St Andrew 465 are part of and contains some images from various events throughout recent times; additionally it also provides information on the formation and history of the Lodge.

We hope that whether you are a Freemason or not you find the content useful and if you’d like to get in touch or find out more then feel free to use the contact area of the site or through our Worthy Secretary. We are very proud of our Lodge and would love to have you along for a meeting on our meeting nights where you will be made most welcome.

Pollokshields Burgh Hall

Been here countless times and never noticed these signs or knew that it was built by Bro. Sir John Stirling Maxwell, popular place for weddings and nearly booked it for mine. Anyone familiar with Shawlands will recongise the name from pubs , park and street names in and about Shawlands.

Lodge Pollok 772 lodge here.

Out and about

“The Freemason” timepiece produced by Barclay and Co ( http://barclaywatch.com) modelled and travelled around Glasgow by our very own RWM.

Ed Barclay is a Freemason from across the pond who makes beautiful limited edition timepieces, inspired by both the craft and the Dudley Watch Co work of the 20’s.

Worth a gander and an addition to many wishlists!
